Signature Form Addon quit working

The signatures were working and stored on the submitted form, so when I viewed the data that was submitted I would see the signature.

I don’t know what changed, nothing that I’m aware of, but the signatures don’t store anymore. Also the ones that were there, are no longer there.

I am asking here, in case someone else had the same experience. Did you find a fix? or does someone know how to fix it?
