    Hi,

You can disable other plugins one by one to check if there are some plugins conflicting with this plugin, or choose another theme to check if it’s the theme’s problem.

Or, if you trust me, you can give me the admin access to this site, and I will check it for you.

    My email is [email protected].

    Good luck.^_^

Note that I’m not accusing anyone of ill will or bad intentions but asking for credentials to get access like that is really discouraged.

Or, if you trust me, you can give me the admin access to this site, and I will check it for you.

Please don’t do that: when you offer to get admin access and/or FTP access then you’re really going to far and that’s not cool.

Unless you willing to take responsibility for that user’s installation for now one (and they should NOT let you do that) then please do not ask or suggest that someone provide you those admin or FTP details.

You can provide assistance here, ask for log data, you can make recommendations and even suggest changes. But do not seek admin or FTP access. That’s just going too far.

OK, I agree with you. I will never ask for admin access, again.

And, lushtoblush, I think the problem must be plugin or theme conflicts. You can go on from here.

Hi, I did try deactivating plugins and nothing changed. I am using this plugin with the same theme on several other sites and this problem does not exist.

    Hi,

I am sorry I have no idea what the problem is.

I am afraid the only thing you can do is compare this site with the others thoroughly.

    Good luck. ^_^

Good morning! We got to a bad start so let’s have a small do over. ??

@lushtoblush Sometimes a plugin or theme or a combination of both can be incompatible with something else. In this case that something may be @allnull plugin.

Try these basic troubleshooting steps that the plugin author neglected to share in detail. They are temporary and you can switch back afterwards.

    1. Deactivate all of your plugins except WP Post Signature. All of the other ones, just this WP Post Signature is left on. You can turn them back on later.
    2. Switch your theme to the Twenty Fourteen theme. This too is temporary.
    3. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies

Once you’ve done that, is the WP Post Signature plugin working? I expect that it should be and if so then do the next step.

    1. Activate the Themify Agency theme.
    2. Clear you browser cache and cookies again. There will be a lot of that, it’s just troubleshooting. ??
    3. Visit you site again

I’ve personally used Themify’s themes before and I think their support is pretty good. I’d be surprised if that’s where the problem lies but this is just part of the “Where’s the problem?” steps.

If it does not work then let us know that it failed at that point. Then you can re-activate your plugins too for now.

If it does work then here’s were it gets a little tedious.

    1. Activate another plugin
    2. Clear you browser cache and cookies again. See? Lots of that. ??
    3. Visit you site again

Repeat until the WP Post Signature fails. That should tell you which plugin may be the conflict. Once that’s known please share that info and we can sort out how to solve the conflict.
