Signature showing under category page pictures

Hi,I installed the Genesis Simple Hooks plugin last night to add my custom signature to the end of posts. For some reason, it is also showing my signature under the thumbnails on all of my Category pages as well (my theme sets these pages up as rows of small thumbnails for each post). I added the html to the genesis entry content hook space. I did NOT select either the “Execute Shortcodes on this hook?” or the “Execute PHP on this hook?” as I have no clue what that does. Could that be the issue??
You can see the issue here, although it is much clearer when viewing on mobile. On desktop it is hard to see as you can only see bits and pieces of the signature (look under the Vanilla butter Cookies image); whereas on mobile you can see the entire signature under each and every images.
