[signaturelist id=”1″] doesn’t work

    Hey everybody,

    I’m using the plugin “Speakout”. Couple of people signed the petition already, but unforunately I can’t display a list of those signing the petition – anymore. It worked in the begining, but somehow it’s not shown anymore and unfortunately I’m not able to tell why and when.
    I’m still using the shortcode [signaturelist id=”1″] though.

    Currently I’m using version 4.1.3.1 of “Speakout”.

    I appreciate any help relating this topic.

    Hi, I haven’t had any reports of this so I don’t think it is a bug.

    The first thing that comes to mind is the petition ID. Do you only have (and ever had) 1 petition? Is your petition ID #1?

    thanks for replying. Yes, indeed. The current petition is the only one we had – still have – on our website. Also the petition ID is #1.

    Do you have another idea that might help in my situation?

    I’d like to add that the backend says (if I click “display signatures) there are 104 signatures, but none is shown in the list/table. Does this information give any clues?

    Apologies for the delay, I have just returned from overseas.

    Can you please deactivate and reactivate the plugin. There is a bug that this fixes but I can’t recreate to understand the cause.

    Please let me know if it works.
