I think we will find this is a problem with the theme. Which one are you using? Can you briefly switch to a WordPress theme such as twenty twenty and see if that makes any difference.

However if the problem is related to the theme, unfortunately I will have to find another plugin for signatures now that it is a start. I have tried many themes and it has suited me very well. Too bad because you have a good and simple plugin…

Im having this problem suddenly too

I’m having this problem also, see https://kiellinie.net/unterstuetzer

I’m using the theme Tweny Twenty.

I am back and going to work on this as soon as my covid brain clears a bit.

The workaround may be to deactivate the plugin and reactivate it again. Several people have said this works for missing signatures. So far I can’t see why it would work when an upgrade didn’t

Had this same issue. Backend signature list was empty / petition was not saving any new signatures / export would not work, though total signatures was stating over 1100+.

Disable / Re-enable the plugin did fix it.
