Signup page does not appear

    I created a page called Signup – put signup shortcode here

    Created page called Record – put record shortcode there

    Made sure Record was selected in Record Form Settings

    All I get is a blue button, when I click on the button I do get an email

    But it has my admin edit link, not the link to edit the record

    I am lost

  • Are you using the frontend form to signup ? Because if you are adding the user thanks to the plugin “add new user” menu, I noticed that there is no notification email to the user added

    No, not using that at all.

    That would be manually entering a user I believe

    I got plugin WP Email STMP & the email are coming back without errors

    Manage database setting
    Advanced Settings
    Primary Email Address Field
    -> make sure you select Email (email)

    THIS solved the problem!
