Simple 301 not working with fbclid parameter

Facebook is now adding parameters to a lot of URLs in order to track things e.g.
https://www.website.com/subpage which is setup to redirect to https://www.website.com/subpage/otherpage
Facebook adds the fbclid tracker parameter i.e.https://www.website.com/subpage?fbclid=IwAR0jtwpMCfYC4Q_VGi5QbMer9GLC3U63ggNBF4m_SpNE6JhR-owRI8o7tgE
The result is that redirect no longer works rather it throws a 404. Ideally we would have option to ignore query parameters for this has been added to other redirect plugins.
