Simple Ads Manager Website

Firstly, this is a great plugin that saved me heaps of time to get an ads work in a project. However, the resources/guide to this plugin is limited because I am unable to access your website. SAM website returns with a 404 error (https://www.simplelib.com/?p=480)

Is there any resolution to this? I need access to your guide/code desperately on how to get it working =/
