Simple and Actually Works!

For some reason I (and others) could not get the Nginx Helper plugin to work manually (Purge Now button). This plugin is super simple, just tell it where the cache folder is and you’re good to go.

Works when posts are added, changed, or deleted. I have not tested if it clears the cache if a plugin or theme is added/updated as these can cause issues, but it’s easy enough to click the Nginx/Flush Cache menu option. Thanks!
