Simple and easy to use

  • The plugin is simple and straightforward to use. Just install, go to Tools → Ask Me Anything, generate shortcode and paste in a post/page/widget.

    Just one suggestion, it would be awesome if I can generate shortcode from a the editor itself. Just a minor wish. ??

    I considered this while making the plugin actually. In most use cases for most users, they will have to generate a shortcode only once or maybe twice. One for the AMA page and one for the sidebar widget. So adding a button to the editor that shows up on every single post doesn’t make sense to the user.

    I decided to place the shortcode generator inside Tools instead of Settings for the same reason. We go through Setting pages more than we go through the Tools pages. The generator will probably be used only once and need not be there in the Settings menu where its often noticed.

    I hope that makes sense.
