Simple and efficient

I find the plugin simple and efficient.
A clear simple database to manage participants.

A next cool update would be to add the possibility to manage relationship with another table. For exemple if we want to manage annual info (let say subscriptions) to be able to configure in the plugin another table and create a relationship (OneToMany, OneToOne, etc.) . With the version I am using, I implemented this with adding each year new columns (for exemple the amount, the payment method, etc.) . Having this relationship would have been easier to manage ??
