Simple and efficient!

  • Used this plugin for a Survey form on my website and it works great! Simple to use and does a lot of the most common functionalities needed!

    I really like that I can also received a daily compilation of all the answers in a CSV file.

    Two small things I missed having:
    – The ability to have more than one language editable in the same interface. I simply duplicated the form to edit the other language so it’s not a blocking feature.
    – The option to paste multiple options (e.g. for radio buttons) to generate all the buttons at once instead of creating them and pasting the text one at a time from my initial document.

    Still definitely a five star in my book! Keep up the good work!
