Yes, you’re going to want to alter your <main> block css a bit. It currently uses padding-top for its spacing. So we don’t mess with that we can use margin-top instead. You’re going to want to play around with the media queries like i had above but essentially you’d be adding:

@media (min-width: XXem) {
    .content {
        margin-top: XXpx;
    }
}

Your Theme css uses rem instead of px, so you can do that instead but it shouldn’t matter much what you choose, just whichever is easiest for you. A little more reading about the different units here, https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Learn/CSS/Building_blocks/Values_and_units.
