Simple but nicely done

Free simple yet powerful plugin. You can create more forms and embed then in post/pages via shortcode. You can add fields like dropdown menues, and change fields labels, as well as default messages. It supports re-captcha and other auth methods.

Had a small issue: didn’t get the email in my inbox. Not sure that was related to this plugin, but their team nicely supported me anyway. I got it fixed at the end.
