    Hi @creactivemind

We have investigated the issue further and we could not replicate the issue. The email notification is successfully sent to the recipients.

Please try to enable any email login plugins(eg: WP Mail Logging, Email Log ) and check the logs if the notification is sending or not.

If you are still facing the issue, We recommended deactivating the Subscriptions Renewal Reminders plugin and activating it again(*Note: No need to delete the plugin)

Also please check cron-job is working on your site and also it’s enabled on your server. Without Cron Job, emails will not be sent to customers.

If you need any further assistance please send an email to [email protected]

    Thanks
    Sarun

Ah I see. thanks for the detailed response. I suspect the cron job may be the reason. I have my site running on a shared server and an internet search shows my host doesn’t allow “cron tab” which sounds like the cron job you refer to.

Looks like I’ll need an upgrade to resolve this issue..
