Simple Chat (admin-ajax.php) CPU Usage High and Slowdown the Server

    hi …
    I am using your plugin on a web portal which is relatively large. we use a bit huge plugins : buddypress, bbpress , w3 total cache and simple chat .. While using simple chat with such plugins , even only about 20 users and the server slow down and not responding at all.. when i peep at CPU comsumption , it is above 80%. i am using CentOS with 8GB of RAM.
    i have tested this with a fresh install of wordpress , as i doubted it may only happen cause of a bug within the site, but it still slowdowns the server even on fresh wordpress install with buddypress, bbpress, w3 total cache and simple chat.. so , is there any way to improve this ?
    i am using buddypress 1.8.1 , bbpress 2.4.1 , simple chat 1.0.5 and w3-total cache..
    we have about 400 online visitors and can’t handle the traffic at current rate..
