Simple email subscribe plugin

Is there such plugin?
I mean I have look everywhere but I can find it.

All I need a widget in sidebar with enter your email and subscribe button.
Most of the plugins offer notification via feedburner etc. or every time when my blog is updated or once a week.

I need an option to send one mail per month (when I want it) wit some news and updates.
