Simple file upload to folder help

I am looking for just that. A way to make a simple form with the ability to upload a file (better multiple), along with a basic name, etc. On submit check there is a name, and on submit, simply put that file in an uploads folder.

I am using contact-form-7, but you can’t do multiple files, I would like a progress bar, and it’s quite limited even though the requirements are small.

I don’t want people to have to login, etc. just a simple upload form, check the name, email and make sure the size is less than x.

Are there any suggestions, as a lot of them all have their hooks in the media, include posts, etc.
