Simple Form with results in dashboard?

  • Is there any plugins that allow me to add a form to my blog, that unregistered users can use, and the results appear in the dashboard?

    So far I’ve tried 3 or 4 different form plugins, and either they get sent to my email address (which I dont want) or it posts the form results as a new post on my blog!

    The blog is going to be used for a radio show and the form will be a “Requests” form.

    So I would like a form with “Name” / “Email” / “Request” and when then user clicks submit that data is put in a list somewhere on my dashboard.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
