Simple Form will not send

    Hello,
    I have made a simple contact form with the idea of automatically sending a PDF to an email.
    At first the form was saying submitted, but not going anywhere. So I investigated that and installed a WP Mail SMTP plugin and followed the instructions. My email is the free Bluehost webmail. Now, however, it just times out and shows an error.

    I am new to this and on the brink of giving up! Any help most appreciated!

  • Sound most likely as problem with the SMTP server settings. Double check settings or contact your host provider.

    Hi @judemarriott,

    You could check that your WP Mail SMTP are correct according to its tutorial. Then, send a test email from within WP Mail SMTP for confirmation. If there are any errors, you could post them in the WP Mail SMTP support forum for more help.

    And if the settings are correct, please check that your form notification settings is using the same ‘From Email’ as WP Mail SMTP’s ‘From Email’.
