Simple History – logout without login?

  • I am having some brute force attempts on my server. I installed Simple History plugin and closed some holes I saw in the Activity Log. I’m making progress.

    One thing I don’t understand is that I see numerous “Logged out” activities but do not see logins. These logouts are from various IP addresses. How is this possible?

    Any help appreciated.

    I’ve seen this behavior before when there has been plugins installed that modify the login behavior. Do you have any such plugins installed?
