Simple Image Link Widget Not Working

Hi all

I downloaded and installed the Simple Image Link Widget from BlogWell (version 2.1.2).
Installing works fine, I can also see the widget.
But when I drag it to my sidebar, put all the info in and save it, go to my homepage it isn’t there.
When i return to my widgets it also isnt in the sidebar annymore.
I did try to fill in everything, fill in only the required fields.
Disabled all my other plugins, Changed theme back to the basic one.
Deleted it and uploaded again. tried an older version (2.0).
But nothing seems to work.

Does someone knows how to fix this, or maybe another plugin to do the same things?
