simple image size stop to regenerate

Hi,
i get a strange bug with simple image size, i regenerate image but in progress action, the plugin stops to rebuild the thumbnails after 40 or 60 seconds.

i get no errors in my log.

Have you an idea where the problem comes ? php configuration time ?
