How to disable attachments

We have been having many problems with applicants being able to upload their resumes. It just hangs and will not submit. We would like to disable the upload of the resumes and just have them send them to an email address. But we can’t find anywhere to remove the resume upload field from the form. How can we remove the ability to attach a resume?

Also related to this, any help on why so many applicants would have problems attaching and uploading their resumes. We get multiple calls every week about this, yet some applicants have no issues.

To solve this for now we just want to remove the ability to attach a resume.
