Simple Line Icons – how to deactivate?

According to google Page Speed the simple line icons are causing delay in loading… I think I do not need them, but do not know how do deactivate them in OceanWP 1.6.4.
There is another topic here in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/preloading-simple-line-icons-and-font-awesome/ with an answer – but it does not help me, because I have no panel “Scripts & Style” Panel in my Version…(?)
Who knows help?
