Simple location settings?

Hello, does this plugin let me choose simply like YES/NO for, if a product is available in one location vs another? But not quantities?

I don’t want to do anything with counting, we dont need inventory counting, but I if someone chooses select product variations, I want to inform them “This product will ship From The UK and take longer than normal to arrive” because some inventory we don’t stock in the US..
