    Hi, there was a minor incident and the developers have already fixed it. We are now waiting for WordPress to approve the update.

    That’s pretty evasive. Please elaborate on the incident and the risk to any sites running this plugin.

    There was no incident in this case. A security expert pointed out a potential issue in the bulk member update tool of the plugin. WordPress’s standard response is to temporarily take down the plugin until the issue is addressed (even if there is no incident).
