Simple “mixed” photo & text uploader

    Hi,
    I’m looking for an uploader on os X which will not just upload photos or just upload text (like marsedit) but where I can do a mixed message with text and image, like flickr does. Is there an app out there for Os X that does this? Why can’t I upload both text and photos on marsedit on the same post ?
