Simple mouse over? im retarded

Modulatory wordpress theme. The navigation links at the top right expand down when you click the arrow, however i wanted to change it to a mouse over.

I’d like that so when you mouse over the text like NAVIGATION, SEARCH, CONTACT, that it will highlight the whole thing blue and also open the drop down from the simple mouse over. Help!
