Simple Opt In

Hello,

Do you plan to add the simple/single opt-in option to the plugin? To achieve this for the WooCmmerce integration I had to bootstrap the vendor folder and instantiate the classes again just to remove the actions and manually trigger the subscription in a simple manner.

You can just set an additional option in the options table to check if the user wants it simple, if so, just execute the subscription function, otherwise generate and send the email for the double one.

Please let me know if this is going to be included in your future releases so I can remove my custom integration.
