    Hi,
I was loving this form while developing on Chrome a very simple page layout. It looked perfect!

2 photos and two paragraphs in a simple table.

Yet, when viewed on Edge, the 2nd photo is blown up to twice it’s regular size. I tried a lot of other themes that don’t do this, so it appears to be something in Neve.

    Any ideas?

Another question – the Footer does not show up. If I go to the Theme Customization Footer and add a footer, it just displays a blue footer, but none of the footer menu content.

This nonprofit site needs to be live tomorrow (which is asking a lot).

    Thank you for any help!

    Hi,

Are you still experiencing these issues?
I’ve checked your site in Edge and everything looks normal.
    Also, the footer is there.
    Let me know.

    Regards,
    Rodica

    Hi Rodica,

thank you for your fast reply and for checking this out.

YES, the problem still persists on my Windows 10 computer with Edge. Ill load Edge on a few other platforms to see if the problem shows up there.

FOOTER – the foot displays the credits to Neve and WordPress but is missing the FOOTER MENU that is assigned to the footer position.

If I switch over to other themes like the standard WP themes from 2020 to 2016 all of these display the footer menu.

    Thank you!

Just wanted to add that I really like this simple theme which loads really FAST!

I’ve used many themes, theme builders, etc over the years… and interested in switching over some of my other sites to use Neve and will be checkout any Pro upgrade options.

    Hi,

I see you’ve changed the theme, but in case you still need help let me know.
For the footer, make sure you have the Footer Menu component in the Footer builder by going to Appearance > Customize > Footer https://prnt.sc/rbck2z
Neve has an advanced header and footer builder which allows you to easily add and reorder components there. You can read more about it here https://docs.themeisle.com/article/946-neve-doc

    Hi,

A tech agent from another company had temp changdd the them for testing purposes.

    I appreciate your thorough reply.

Though, trying to follow your direction, the FOOTER in the tutorial looks very different. I see only an a ability to enter html code. There is no visual interface as illustrated in the guide.

    Thank you for clarification,
    Stephen

    Hi,

What you saw as the footer area from my screenshot https://prnt.sc/rbck2z is actually a page built with Elementor in Neve. The footer is built with Neve’s footer builder (Appearance > Customize > Footer) where you can add Footer One, Footer Two, etc components ( that allows you to add Widgets in them ) and a Footer Menu component.
Using those you can create advanced footers. I’ve tried to show you a basic example in this video https://www.loom.com/share/6052c909491b4e60bbbe0fa7f9634b4b
