Simple Plugin Suggestion

Hello;

I am looking for a suggestion for a simple plugin that will cross post (do what Hootsuite does) my blog posts and page updates to my facebook, twitter, google+, and linkedIN accounts / pages? Does anyone have any suggestions from the slew of plugins out there. I am not looking for any audience interaction with my wordpress site; but to simply post updates to the other services.
