Simple Popup Manager

It appears pretty easy to set the settings but, once done…how do I put the thing onto a page???
I’m amazed people write really nice plugins and then, just anticipate everyone will know how to get it to work on a page. Just a couple of examples of what should be done would help. If I am to use a shortcode to put it into a text container…that’s good but, there are no examples of how to write or format the shortcode to do that…[popup1]popup1[/popup1]…???
