Simple Popup Plugin comes up blank

  • Hello,

    I have Simple Popup Plugin 4.3 installed on WordPress 4.2.2. After the Simple Popup Plugin was installed and activated, the Pop on my pages come up blank. It is just a white box. I didn’t see any error messages in the logs. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but it didn’t help.

    Do you know what might be causing this issue? Any troubleshooting tips?
