• Hi there.

Basically, I have a WordPress site, let’s call it mysite.com.

I have Wp-Pagenavi at the bottom to go to older entries, and when the page numbers are clicked the URL changed to ‘mysite.com/page/2’ (3,4,5 etc).

However, this does nothing but refresh the page (keeping the new URL in the address bar).

I think this is because, I need the root of my site to ACTUALLY be ‘mysite.com/category/name/’, but I want it to appear in the address bar as ‘mysite.com’ and i want the Page Navigation buttons to appear to just link to ‘mysite.com/page/*’

So, is there a way that I can add/hide the category name bit?: mysite.com(/category/name/)

What would be the best way to do this? If it could actually all be done with changing the name to a category, and to get things to work so that ‘mysite.com/page*’ would insert/hide ‘/category/name’ in the middle then that would be awesome.
