Simple question about blog post design

Hi buddies.

I’m trying to solve a issue with no success at all. How can I just set my blog posts to a single and thin column, like any of Yoast blog posts? (for exemple: https://yoast.com/complete-guide-seo-copywriting/). I’m trying everything, but my posts seens too large, almost like a Word page. This is rly awful for user reading experience.
