Simple question about comment system

Hey,
quick question!I want to remove the whole comment system off my wordpress… not because of spam, not because it’s glitchy or anything…
It’s just that my site is gonna be sort of an official type thing and theres no room for commenting.
So what I’m asking is where do I go to remove the “No Comments” under each post (on main page).
and also “Leave a Reply” and all the comment entry boxes below each (when you click on a post itself).
please help
