Simple question about multiple pages

Heya guys,

This is probably something really simple I’m missing but I’m having trouble creating a theme with multiple pages.

For example;

blog –
ecommerce –
info page –

This is the left hand nav. The ecommerce plugin integrated without problem but it’s the blog that’s giving me trouble.

I’ve tried including my WP loop in a page but it’s not parsing correctly. What are my alternatives? I’d use shortcodes but not if there’s some way I can use my loop (It took me ages to create and theme properly :p)
