[Simple Request] Default Post Status – Change from Draft to Pending

I allow users to register to my site and post videos. I have set the rule that their posts have to be approved before they go live on the site. So, they have to hit the “Submit for Review” button…then one of my Admin’s approves them. However, when they hit Submit for Review, it still posts a “draft” on the site so everyone can see it…which I do not want. The post doesn’t do anything but give you a 404 Error when you click it, but it just doesn’t look professional seeing it there.

I’d really like all my user posts to be set to “Pending Review” so they don’t show up on the front page at all until they are approved. I am confident there is a quick and easy fix to this, please let me know..I’d really appreciate the help.
