Simple Sitemap date feature

    David,

    I am still using v 1.52 of SS and the display on my agency website is exactly how it want it to be. But I feel stuck here at this version level and would like to upgrade but do not see the “date” feature offered in latest version.

    Is there any plans for this or a update available on the product?

    Hello Kevin,

    I have this on my todo list to refactor the old plugin code to allow you to display:

    1. A flat list of sitemap posts (from any post type) with extra meta information such as date, author etc.
    2. List sitemap posts by date, which could be month, year, or even by day. The number of posts for each time period would optionally be displayed in brackets after the group label.

    This will probably be added to the pro version as it needs quite a bit of work to bring it up to date. I can let you know when it’s ready if you like. Let me know.
