  • This is a great plugin.

    I would have to agree. This function is needed. For example, I run a company with corporate partners, community partners, volunteers, mentors, and a staff, I would like to separate each group to different pages. Currently I would have the same list on every page.

    It would be phenomenal if we can have a shortcode/function/argument that would alow us to either select the profile we want on a specific page, or select the group we want on a specific page/post.

    Thanks

    That can already be done: [simple-staff-list group=”Groupname”]
    See the page ‘usage’ under this plugins settings.

    Yes, it does have the functionality to do that – but it doesn’t work. Even when you use the group shortcode, it shows the entire staff list. Very frustrating, since I downloaded this plugin specifically for the group purpose.

    Someone please help!

    How have you made your staff list with this plug-in?

    @ Ailicec: Just add a new group, then an new member and then add this code to a page: [simple-staff-list group=”Groupname”]

    The rest is CSS ??

    Thank you Jack!
    But what about the CSS, I can’t get the hang of it and write a CSS that works on my site. Any suggestions?

    Why not take a look at the css of that site? It’s all there, ready to be copied and pasted. Then you can make your own adjustments as you see fit.
    The styles all begin with .staff-member-listing {

    Hi out there – I want this list NOT to write all the BIO – but just an excerpt and then continue to a personal site for the member. Any idea?
