Simple Subscription Page Like Our Current HTML Version

  • Just began with WooCommerce and using the Storefront theme. I’m looking to recreate a VERY simple subscription page for a magazine with both physical and digital options. Here’s the HTML page I now have:

    I’ve been at this for hours now and don’t seem to be getting any closer to a solution. Is a similar version even possible in WooCommerce?
