Simple Taxonomy plugin compatibility

Out of curiosity, can anyone confirm that this plugin works with https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/simple-taxonomy/? I’ve got the Taxonomy Order menu item showing up for basic posts, but any custom post type with a category defined with the Simple Taxonomy interface doesn’t seem to have a Taxonomy Order menu item… regardless of whether they’re set to hierarchical or not ??
