Simple text URL

Say I have a page at https://domain.com/?page_id=262 as standard.

Now, I don’t want to change any other permalinks, I just want to have a link like https://domain.com/?p=name

I’ve seen a few plugins etc, but nothing that I can find is up to date or suits that need.
