I’ve been using WP Forms for about a year now, and I like it for the most part. I wish there was a Google integration to sync data to a spreadsheet dynamically. I prev used Jotform and I miss the endless list of integrations available.

  • Hi @natashaelaine77,

Thanks for the review, and I’m glad you’re liking our plugin!

If you need to get your data over to Google Sheets, you might want to check out our WPForms Pro license.

It comes with an addon for a service called Zapier.
If you’re unfamiliar with it, Zapier is a third-party service that works as a kind of middle man between services.
In this case, you can use the WPForms Zapier addon to connect your form to Zapier and then to Google Sheets. Each entry made on the form will be stored in WPForms, but will also be copied over to Google Sheets.

Check out this guide in our documentation. It walks through using the Zapier feature in WPForms.

Zapier connects to hundreds of other services, including external databases. While they do have several paid plans, they do also offer a free tier. If you want to check out more about their service, you can do so here.

Another option could be using Uncanny Automator with WPForms Lite. Basically, this plugin works as a connector between WordPress plugins and other third-party apps. You can check out our documentation in order to see how to set it up.

We hope you continue to have an awesome experience using WPForms.

    Have a good one! ??
