SImple Twitter Connect

  • Hopefully Something simple.
    STC plugin installed
    When trying to go to settings to be able to use the post to twitter option

    Click Settings (either from the warning at top of page or through
    the WP Settings menu

    Page seems to want to go to the settings page, but remains blank
    with “done” in the lower left corner (firefox)

    Doesn’t matter what I try, I can’t get to the settings page to even link up the twitter account.

    ideas?

    Open up stc.php.

    Find this on line 149:
    <?php wp_widget_rss_output('https://status.twitter.com/rss',array('show_date' => 1, 'items' => 10) ); ?>

    Remove that line.

    Sometimes people can’t get external RSS feeds for some reason. I don’t know why, but it often seems to be a lack of PHP memory.
