Simple way to make a backup?

Hi there,

I have made my own wordpress theme for my future works. I added some example images and pages inside the the theme, so my work will go faster in the future.

Now i would like to copy the whole theme, so it is easy to just upload it to a new project and customize it.
So, what i need is to make a backup of the whole theme, including the database where my pages and images are saved.

How is the easiest way to make this?
