Simple, works great, some trouble with special characters

I can’t believe WP doesn’t offer this widget out of the box. This plugin provides the recent comment functionality just fine, even if it hasn’t been updated in a while. I have encountered occasional issues, like special characters not being displayed properly, so use it with care!
