Hey @greencode – Thanks for reaching out. Did you use our email checker to make sure the email really isn’t encoded? https://ironikus.com/email-checker/

Since we scan the whole content for possible emails, one of the few reasons that the email wouldn’t be encoded is that it was loaded through Javascript by a third-party plugin.
If that’s the case, our email scanner still should not show any unprotected email addresses on your website.

If it does, it’ll be great if you can share some further details about the issue.
    Thank you already very much.

Thanks for the reply. It does state there are no unprotected emails but these are definitely on the page and do not have the padlock icon next to them when viewing as an Administrator.

The page contents are indeed loaded by Javascript with the Simplemap plugin. Would really appreciate if you could have a look at this page https://www.vita-europe.com/beehealth/distributors/uk-distributors/

Hey @greencode – thanks for coming back to me. I took a look at the page and it’s the exact use case as stated in my previous message. Non of the URLs will be encoded since they are dynamically loaded via Javascript which is something that does not happen directly on the server, but the user browser.
If you take a look at the page via the page source, you will find not a single email within the content:
    view-source:https://www.vita-europe.com/beehealth/distributors/uk-distributors/

The page source is what bots see when they harvest the site since they do not execute Javascript.

In short: Your site is safely protected.

Ah, really appreciate your help with this. Just wanted to make sure that there was no way they could harvest emails from that page.
