SimpleMap Plugin Search Form Label Change

I have SimpleMap on a site and since it is a Canadian site, need to have the search form labels read
Province and Postal Code instead of State and Zip. It should be a pretty simple configuration but I don’t see where to do it in the choices. Has anyone achieved this? Any help would be appreciated.
